The only thing i can think of is a leak somewhere!!! Either in the intake manifold or an exhaust leak!! Try the bottle of water trick...turn your truck on let it run for a min, and grab a bottle of water with a spray nozzle!! Spray the base of the intake a little at a time and keep listening to the motor if it spudders when the water hits the intake manifold then you have a leak in it!

If thats not it then there can be more complicating issues going on which could be any of the following and more:

o2 sensors arent getting enough heat/ or too much heat
Bought a bad o2 sensors
injectors may not be seated properly ( if you look at the injectors you should not see any metal, any chrome or shiny silver exposed will cause an air leak, it should basically be black rubber/ plastic showing)
injector o-rings are bad
intake manifold is warped
intake mani has a leak in the gasket
mani could be cracked
manifold may not be sealed correctly!!
Exhuast mani could have a hairline crack in it
Flanges arent meating together well
Check the spark plugs and see if they are black or white ( if black then the leak probably isnt in the intake manifold, if some are white and others are black well then you might have a problem in there, if all black then your problem is elsewhere)

Sorry i cant really do much without scanning it or being there myself to see anything i might recognize

Well Im Going To Switch The Passenger Side O2 Sensor With The Drivers Side One. Then Get The Code Erased Then See What It Does If It Says The Same Thing Then I Know It Has Something To Do With The Wiring Or Something Like That With The One On The Drivers Side. But If It Throws A Code For The Passenger Side I Will Know It Is The Sensor Itself. Maybe This Will Work. I Sure As **** Hope So!!!!!!!!

Well Guys I Think I May Have To Get The Dumbass Title On This One. When I Went To Change The 2 Over I Lookedon The Drivers Side And Saw Another Plug Tucked Way Up In The Frame. I Think I Had It Plugged Into The Wrong One!! I Sure Hope I Did And This Fixes It, But I Will Feel Like A Real Dumbass. But See The Guy That Was Helping Me Install My Headers Is Actually The One That Unplugged It So I Really Didnt Know Where Each One Was. Well Will Keep Informed.

Glad you found the problem. No worries, we all have a story or three just like yours. The pain goes away once the problem is solved!

Well Guys I Think That Fixed It. I Plugged It Into The Right One And Then Had The Code Erased Yesterday. I Have Cranked It Up Probably 6 Times Since Then And It Hasnt Come Back On Yet. I Hope It Doesnt.
