Go with the Arizona Speed and Marine headers, www.azspeed.com. So far those seem to be the best true long tube headers. Dont bother with shortie headers like the gibsons.

I just got some for my 03 5.3L Sierra and I LOVE EM! With an air filter, exhaust and headers you will LOVE the noticeable power gains!

SS,I have a off the shelf Superchip's program.Still waiting for Edit.It's not a bad program but it's not calibrated for my tire size so when I run it I have to manuel shift.Plus it was running really rich on the dyno also.
