hypertech is good, Predator is supposedly better, I've heard people complain about Superchips, and most likely everyone here will tell you to get a custom tune from Nelson

As far as handhelds go I think the predator is fairly descent but it does only lock into one vehicle which sucks if you want to resell it. You would be happier with a nelson tune. How far do you plan on going with your mods?
If you did go with the predator and decided to sell it you can send it in for like $75 and they can unlock it.

I think im gonna save some more money for a nelson tune. I'm planning on puttin an 03' LS6 engine wit probably a cam, LT hdrs, stall, 373's + posi.
All that would be like in june or july, thats when im gonna start working.

If you are not able to afford a custom tune now, get a used Hypertech. You will be able to resell it when you are able to get to custom tune.

if you can afford a hypertech you can afford a pc for less tune for 250 which will still be better than a hypertech if you can afford the predator you can afford a nelson
