Yea the cats are pretty nice. I bought them from some guy on here. I hear nobody likes him. LOL!

Thats not rust, I live on a clay road. I'm not one to do the speed limit on a back road and I dont worry about getting dirty

If you mean the 8th picture, that is the bung I had added for my Wideband O2 sensor. I didnt have time to install it yet. Maybe this weekend. But, the Pacesetters do have the EGR hook up but it is up top on the passenger side.

They definately did a nice quality job! Im going to need to have an exhaust shop help me modify the pipes for my STS. The ext cab truck kit and the tahoe kit couldnt be more different . Im hoping the shop does as nice of a job on my stuff as you had done. I would think that you would see at least a little more power . How is your A/F?? Maybe your cam profiles dont maximize the more efficient exhaust??

The AFR was dead on about 11.5-12.0 from top to bottom of the RPM range. So if I'm ever going 130+mph, on the street I will be good.

The cam has 52* of overlap, that and a free flowing exhaust has cost me a few pounds. I have a 2.75" pulley on the radix so I should be seeing a solid 10psi. I can't get past 7psi right now. Cam swap is a long way off. I have to tend to the wife for awhile or I wont have one.

For anyone who cares, here are the sound bites:

Old Setup: Stock everthing except a Manaflow and a tip.

New Setup: Pacesetter LT's, true dual 2.5" with X pipe and 2 Magnaflow mufflers and 2 tips
