What year/s had the iron heads

Now I cant remember but was it just 00 that had the iron heads on the 6.0s or was it in 01 too?

1999 & 2000 on the LQ4's only.

Edit: of course there were only LQ4 6.0L's in durring those years, but I was really trying to convey the iron heads were not on anything else.
