Default What would it take to run a 13.9?

i have an 04 RCSB sierra 2wd 5.3

just installed LPP long tubes and off road Y, with magnaflow catback (all stainless is awesome btw). Plans are cam and stall, with a tune (bluecat if your fimilar with ihim) when funds roll in.

so for a 13.9, how much more would it take?

Tune and converter should easily put you in the 13s. Assuming you can get traction(the hard part).

Gears and slicks would help. Put a shift kit and servo in while you have the trans out. Then get Black bear or wheatley to tune it. But I'd run it now and see how close.
