He has a 2005obd2 dodge 3500blue cummins 4diesel door long bed with the 5.9 6speed. I won't be able to keep up with his smoke even once he's done he should be pushing around 900hp plus or minus he's putting about 20-25g into the motor and having it built by industrial injection. Its gunna be pretty BA I'm just wanting to have fun with my truck ans I figure if I can smash on some gas trucks he can handle the diesel's. Like I said just trying to see what to do next and what's worth the money. I'm getting a dm 100 and wideband soon. Along with my stall so should be solid but I'm sure ill want more....

After the new torque converter and gears then Heads, intake and boost is left or either nitrous lol.
Since you have an LM7 you could change it out for a TBSS or NNBS intake, the Fast intakes are too expensive IMO. Heads with the new intake would help out also..
As for a baller on a budget converter the Circle D 278mm would work fine for you, but if you wanted the best gains from a converter then look at a smaller diameter converter.
BTW FTI out of florida has a 278mm converter called the Street Brawler series for LS setups and they are a tad cheaper than Circle D. $339 for a FTI 3000 converter or $349 for a 3200 and its a 278mm just like circle D which is just a reworked TBSS stall. Both companies are awesome, but I just wanted to try and help you out and save a few bucks to put that money on other mods. The FTI is designed for the 400-500HP range. A lot of Florida drag racers use FTI they are built well.

You don't want to go too cheap on parts like the converter. IDK anything about that roadrunner company out of PHX. If you know of people running them without issues and they beat on them and hold up, then maybe consider them. If you don't know any personal experience from them then I would just stick with a known brand like Circle D or FTI.

For a stock trans, I'd keep an eye on the classifieds for a low mileage 3600+ rpm converter.
What gears are you planning on installing? If you plan on keeping those 33's, hopefully at least 4.56's. Then you can throw some short tires on it and have it be a real monster!
Greymatter04 said he lost power after switching to the newer style intake, just so you know.
Keep working on weight reduction as every little bit counts.
