Default What would I run??? Turbo... Magnacharger

Hey guys, I have a crucal decision to make....A sidemount Magnacharger...or a Rear Mount turbo kit.
I have found AWESOME deals on both, and only have a day or two to decide.
I am wondering what my truck would run with either set-up?

I have a 2001 ECSB Z-71 with a full AIRAID intake and a Corsa sport muffler dumped before the axle.
Right now I am leaning more towards the side mount magnacharger because I think the turbo kit is "home-built" but looks exactly like the STS setup. What do you guys think??

i would go turbo for so many reasons, but if you don't want to go the rear mount turbo, i have a turbo technologies kit i am selling that with little fabbing, can be made similar to Parish8's set up (that was my plan untill i bought a diesel)

I switched from a side mount to a STS kit. The S/C has a ton of power of the line, but begins to tail off at about 45-50 mph. The turbo has some lag down low, but once it starts building boost it pulls much harder. The faster you go the harder it pulls.

Why do you want to go with the side mount? The Magnacharger Radix is a great kit. Looks factory, and Magnuson's customer service is second to none. If you want, I can pm you a great place to get one. I just put 4,000 miles on mine without one problem.

I vote for the Turbo, but if you question how good the turbo is build, why not buy it by name? STS.

If I could, I would go with a RADIX or STS, but price is the biggest factor as far as my decision goes. I also need a Nelson tune to go along with it so thats another $500

The radix does not tail off a 45-50mph, unless there is a problem.
