What wires, plugs, and tune up stuff?

Alright, here we go. I have a 2000 Silverado Z71 , and im about to embark on a tune up journey. I need some info though , What wires, and plugs to go with? This is my first LSx based motor, and i want to get the best components that i can. Any info you guys can provide me is very much appreciated. PLease help if you can, as i have to start planning getting everythng so i can get it done. The original owner had it till 108,000 miles, and never did anything to it, so nw it has A SLIGHT roughness when it is idling. Hopefully this will cure it, but i still want to tune it up anyways. Thanks in advance. Will the same wires that are used on the LS1 camaro , and TA motors work? Are they pretty much the same?

To be honest, the factory stuff should serve you well unless you're going to be making BIG horsepower...just replace your stuff with AC Delco. If I remember correctly, the truck wires are a little longer than the F-bodys.
