Default What Spark Plugs?

I'm looking to buy new plugs and wires and was wondering what do you's run for your Plugs. I'm not doing it for horse power reasons it just that my truck just hit 100K last week and it's time to change them. So again what are your running? Thanks in advance!

how would you guys get stubborn boots off the plugs? i gave mine a good tugging and cannot get them to budge. i guess a pair of pliers would help but i dont want to rip up the boots and wires.
