Heads, intake manifold, New Cam, Gears, Nitrous, Boost. Take your pick. IDK what gears you currently have as you didn't specify so you may already be okay in that department.

That LS6 cam will only get you so far N/A. Throw a turbo kit on your truck and it will be great though.

The turbo kit would obviously get you in the 12's though lol.

ALWAYS boils down to budget. I always make suggestions, and then hear "Nah, I'm looking for mods under like $500." or some nonsense like that. So, what's your budget? If you aren't going to spray or do boost in the future, definitely get a much larger cam.

LTs and e fans
If my xcab can run 13.8s with a ls6 cam 3k stall and 2.0 60 foots
Theres no reason why he cant run low 13s on a ls6 cam in a scsb 4x4...make it 60ft!!

I didn't catch if he had LT's or not. If he doesn't then yeah I def agree with Grey matter and get LT headers now for sure.

That 3800 converter you have Black BMF, is definitely a good one and is helping you out a lot. Good choice on that.

Maybe a bit large for his current application though...

Thanks for the input everybody! I do not have headers yet and I know the cam is small and I would consider changing it! It has 373 gears and my budget is around 2 grand. It is not my DD! Its my fun truck!

I would do a full exhaust and then run something like a 224/228 or something similar.
