it depends on yur gearing and tire height. start off with +4 for the 1-2 shift and +12 for the 2-3 shift. if you hit the revlimiter then bump it down once and try again. you can try PMing ZeroG10201. he has a 4.8 with 4.10s, his tire height is prolly a little taller than yurs though.

you don't have a cam do you? assuming you've only got basic boltons then the highest shift point hypertech will let you get will most likely be the best
