Post up pics of the HD front end on your tahoe. I'm very curious to see what it looks like.

 

i will.... All that i got put on last night was the fenders headlights and grill... When i get the bumper and hood on i will post some up!

What about the radiator Support? Did you have to swap that?

 

No sir... It all lined up perfect. Certain years used all the same supports. You will have to change your "frame horn" bumper mounts from the 05 tahoe style to the 06 hd style for the bumper swap... not a big deal those just cut them off with a grind using a cut off wheeel and weld the new ones on exactly like you took the others off

 

Also the headlight panels were swapped to the newer headlight style, I forgot to mention this... I will get a pic up of the grill fenders and the lights mounted up...

How do we test the IDC of these 5.3 motors... Im old school SBC-BBC guy, I have a 9sec chevy vega with a 420 stroker on a big shot-all the fuel injection is very new to me!

 

Easiest way is to simply log duty cycle in hptuners or efilive, not sure if the diablo can do that.
