Seeing as how short my LS1 MSD wires were - I think the round vs square coil-pack position would be very noticeable.

I'd have to guess that the round (LS1?) ones would be hanging down over the edge of the valvecovers.

EDIT: Actually, they were 32829's.

The LS1 car wires would not work on my truck. WAAAAAY too short.
Thanks for the info. Any suggestions on who to buy them from?

I got mine from........ TSP.

I'd call to make sure you get the correct ones - there was a problem with their website, and I got sent the LS1 wires on accident.

I run the Denso Iridiums and Taylor wires. I've had no problems with these wires after 1 year with them on. I did a resistance test on them and there was significant less resistance (in ohms) compared to the stock ones. I would recommend to always test new wires before installing them.

My truck came stock with Denso double-platinums. Did anybody else have those plugs in their truck stock?

I ended up using NKK Iridiums and Talor Thundervolt 10.4mm wires. I checked the resistivity of each wire and it was right around 40ohms except for one. It speced out at around 150- 200 ohms, maybe, I can't remember. I've been meaning to call and try to get a new wire

I have the Denso Iridiums also...what did you gap yours at? Denso's website recommends .050. I have mine at .055, kind of a happy median between Denso's recommendation and the factory platinum gap of .060.
