Default What plugs

Gonna replace my plugs soon and was needing to know what would be the best to get. I will probably get NGK but which ones do I need. It is a 04 5.3 that is stock. Getting close to 100K so I need to get them changed out.

if you're staying N/A why not run a hotter plug. I believe the ones I used to run were TR55's

Is the NGK plug really that much better than the AC Delco plug?

TR55 and that's the stock heat range. Don't go hotter, that's silly.

P.S. NGK makes ACDelco plugs.

Iridium and platinum are a waste of money. The TR55 copper core is better.

I'm doing my headers soon and will be replacing the plugs myself. Now, the thing is they say with todays technology, that the stock plugs are good for 180 000km. that 112 500 miles.

Considering my truck still has it's original sparks at 210 000km, can anyone tell me a reason NOT to go back with the stock plugs? It's not like they didn't last long enough so far, lol.
