Default What muffler with built 6.0, LTs and ORY?

Trying to decide what muffler to run on my reg cab. Built 6.0, LTs and ORY. Im doing a cutout, so thats why im having trouble deciding.

On my tahoe, im running LTs, ORY and a 18" magnaflow. Its loud, but not overly loud. Ive been dailying it for 5 years.

Since im running a cutout, you think I should go with something quieter like a 3" in/out 24" Magnaflow? I dont want it to be too quiet as I still want a nice tone, but I dont want it retarded loud since I can flip the cutout open whenever.

Maybe I should just stick with a 18" since I know I like the sound. The cutout will still be obviously louder.

Will you be dumping the exhaust or runnin it to the stock location? I'd imagine you'd want a bigger case if you were gonna dump it

Better to have it too quiet then too loud right?
Besides isnt that what the cutout is for?

Pretty much, but i mean Im not going to drive around with the cutout open all of the time, so I want a nice sound for the rest of the time. They are pretty lax on exhaust around here, as ive never been pulled over for it on the Tahoe.

I guess I could always go with the 18" and if its too loud, swap it out or throw a bullet or something on.

Tame as in you wish you had went a size smaller on the muffler?

Well now that I don't DD it anymore i wish that it was a little louder. I live in a neighborhood and it was perfect for being able to leave late at night and not bother anyone or wake the kids. I'm kinda tempted to install an electric cut out or maybe a borla muffler or something.
