I have a 2000 2500 with a 6.0. I recently added long tubes, 243 heads, an eps 218/226 cam, a ported and polished tb, and a tune. Everything else is stock. What else should I add? bigger MAF sensor? UD pulley? I need more power.

Efans (if you still have a clutch fan), tbss intake (try to get a '06), 4" cai, and some lower gears.
I would've done the UDP when I swapped the cam. I really don't think the gain is going to be worth all the work of the install. But every bit does help.
Like Sureshot asked, what's your budget?

That 2500 converter is probably close to right on for your combo, but upping it to a 3k converter would definitely help you off the line, especially considering your 80E's first gear. More rear gear will help also...not sure what size tires you have, but if they're 32", 33", etc., going with something shorter will definitely help you get moving also.
Some cat-back exhaust work will help, maybe just a straight through muffler at the least, as well as opening up the intake by modding your stock air box and buying or building a new air tube. The TBSS intake swap has proven itself to show gains throughout the RPM range, and is cheaper than a FAST LSXrt, which a lot of folks are having fitment issues with.
Seems like different folks have different feelings about UDP's...most say that throttle response is crisper and the engine revs up quicker, but nothing major. I'd recommend an overdrive alternator pulley if going with a UDP, especially if you plan on eventually swapping in some efans. As for efans, since you're a HD, you already have a 34" radiator, so the 05+ efans will be a direct bolt-in, and all you'll need is a harness and PCM tuning to get them to work. Again, the gains are minimal, but, as mentioned, every little bit helps.
Stay away from aftermarket MAFs, as they seem to create more problems than gains, especially considering how expensive they are. Don't go messing with the screen in your factory MAF either as this can prove itself to be problematic and create tuning issues.
