I have never seen a fuse go like this before. This is a 20 amp fuse on the main wire for my Walbro inline fuel pump. Crazy ****. In a related note, I found out this fuel pump wan't working when I saw my AFR's at 13:1 at 6000 RPM at 9 psi
I'm lucky the engine in still in one piece I think. Lucky for me I switched from spraying 100% water to 50/50 meth and water last week. I think if I didn't have the meth going my engine would have

That is kinda f-ed up. Never seen that happen before. Maybe it was a faulty made fuse and didn't blow when it was supposed to? My best gues would be (since it occured on one side) was a poor connection on one of the terminals going into the fuse holder. Over a period of time of extended driving something like that could occur if there is a high resistance due to corroded or loose connection. dissimilar metals contacting with current flowing through them can create their own corrosion at the point of contact. The cover over it was holding the heat in as well. I would replace the fuse holder of course. I wouldn't sweat it unless it happend again.
