Default 6.0L Swap????

All of you guys who have done a 5.3 to 6.0 swap..What does it ALL consist of?
I mean everything..
I want to know some facts and problems that some of you guys had while doing this...im interested in a swap for my tahoe.
What was the ball park price range for EVERYTHING it took to do the transplant.
Thanks for the help guys i need some good feedback!!

I helped with TouchofEvil's swap this past weekend.... basically it took two days with me having experience and two helpers without much automotive experience

As for a $$$, I bought a complete engine out of a wrecking yard that I found on car-part.something or other. Don't think I am suppose to give you non sponser links. 1350.00 engine, 15.00 oil &filter, & 150.00 tsp tune. YES it IS worth it!!!
