I went with the AirAid CAI on my truck, why..they were the only company with a kit for an '04. What year is your truck? I have a HPPIII that I might want to get rid of.

man i have the procold and its way better than the k&nfipk (my .02) and stays colder than other under the hood intakes. It has that LT1 look to it. The only thing that sucks is...if ur going to pay almost $300 for an intake u would think it would a full intake. So u have to use the stock tube(tb to airbox) other than that it should work great. They claim the hotter the better the intake works but its still alittle cold here in houston so havent had a chance to c if thats true.

Why don't you get the MIT from AirAid? I think it is $100-130 for it. I know that your stock intake tube works but if you are looking for something more that could be it.
