In all honesty the shorty headers add very little along with the cold air intake.. and well the spacer does absolutely nothing so i say 5-8 over stock..with a tune maybe 15-30 more

shorty headers change sound, not power.
the stock truck manifolds flow well.

I'd say about 220 to the wheels maybe a tiny bit more since you're probably running 3.23 gears.

What do yall sugest to change now? Do yall think having it on 22" rims makes a difference? Cuz I raced my friend when I had a cai only and he has a 02 ecrb with 17" rims a cai, flowmaster and a 2 4 drop kit and he smoked me really bad from the take off.

Tell us more about your truck. What gears do you have?? And yes the 22's are not helping your cause. More rotating mass equals less power.

how much money are you wanting to spend? some plans you can save up for.. ditch the spacer and the shorty headers on ebay and use that money. Long tube headers, 3000 stall, 3.73 or 4.10 gears, Detroit trutrac, custom tune. You have about the slowest v8 half ton truck gm made, unless they made your truck with 4wd too.
