Default What does a used 6.0/4L80E combo go for?

Like the title says. What are these going for nowadays? Where can I get one. I was going to build a 406/700r4 combo for my 1972 K5 Blazer but when pricing it out it if I can find a decent used 6.0/4L80E combo out of a 4x4 truck I wouldn't be paying all that much more for the new technology. Anyone on here with some junkyard sources? any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
James

I just got my 6.0L for $1250 including shipping it to detroit from Ebay $1075 for a complete 2001 6.0L w/49K the rest is shipping. the local yards in detroit want $2700 the 4L80e's are less common. but they tend to be around 1K also

Darn. I didn't catch that one. I've been trying to keep an eye out on ebay but nothing doing. What do you guys use for search terms? All I've seen so far are blocks and short blocks, no pullouts. If I can keep it around 2000 to 2500 for the engine and trans I'll be pumped. The yards here in San Diego are lacking when it comes to these drivetrains.

When I search I type in one of the following:
LQ4 (regular engine)
LQ9 (higher HP and TQ found in Escalades and Silverado SS)
Vehical the motor will be in (Silverado, Sierra, Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban, Savana, Escalade, Silverado SS)
That always works for me, but, I am sure a few slip by. Try one word at a time and just keep going until you finish this list. By the end of my list you should have seen most if not all of the 6.0s.
