Default What to do for more power?

As you can see in my sig, I have most of the bolt on's but im still not satisfied. My truck runs very well to have 315's on it but what can do next for a worthy gain. I am going to drop the flowcraper for a magnaflow 5x8 18" di/do muffler but I don't know what else. Any ideas? Do Efans really help? I know a cam would be great but there is no one around that could install and do a dyno tune for it that I know of. One mreore thing, what do you think my truck puts to the rear wheels with the mods listed. Thanks for any help.

wait4me 93 octane hot tune
Pacesetter LT
True dual exhaust w/ flowmaster 50 series
Old style Volant w/ ram air tube
Poweraid TBS
Tayler 8mm wires/NGK plugs (not really a mod but what the hell)
TB Bypass
EGR Mod
Descreened MAS (bought one from an 05 avalanche 8.1L w/ a screen and it, didnt run as well)

i think your gears are holding you back a lot...
more than likely you have 373s a set of 410s would help a lot

a radix would do wonders for your truck or depending onhow you use your truck and how you want boost to come on you might look at STS turbos

has stock 4.10's and i know if went down to 285's it would help but ive got my bars maxed out and im about to put a 1.5" block in the back so they would look a little small. The truck is fast for what it is, it runs neck and neck with a new FSD 6.0 with a chip and stock tires. I would love to have a radix but I dont have the $$$ or a good local tuner that could setup the computer right. With a cam or supercharger I would be scared to go with mail order tuning. Any of the other bolt on's worth a crap? I really dont pull anything over 4000lbs, I mainly just like to haul *** and beat the local super duty's.
