Default what is the correct accessory belt path? explain?

Does seem like water pump is pumping... Am I correct in thinking that the belt is routed starting from the upper left tensioner, then goes down to the crank pulley and up to the water pump, then over to the power steering pulley, up to the alt, under the idler pulley and back to the tensioner.
Thanks.
