Try cleaning the throttle body and the IAC as MikeGyver mentioned, it's probably all gummed up with carbon. If that doesn't fix it, you may need a new IAC, but just cleaning them works many times.

Also, pull the vacuum line that runs to the brake booster, put a vacuum gauge on the line you should have ~15" of vacuum, if your all stock. If its less, like 11 or 12" you probably have a leak.

Cleaned the AIC it moves freely but it didn't fix the problem.
