the blue are good to .550 lift and the yellow are good to .580 lift

you can get em for the same price and usually find the yellow ones easier so why not get the stronger...

you also need to look up the seat pressure on the springs you are going to be using. figure out how much they require to open/close as compared to the cam that you are running..

some cam lobes are much more aggresive than others.

100% agree with this statement which prolly wont be more than .580' id get the yellow springs
