212/218 low lift is great. That tr220 is a tad to much duration for what your looking for .....darnie your gonna need more converter ....I'm 6.0 with a 3500 stall and my cam is a 228/232 and my power band don't start till like 4k , so I can only imagen that tr220 on a 4.8 with a 3k .....but hey what do I know .....

A built transmission is a must. Plowing with the t-case in low range is a must. Adding a larger transmission cooler is a must. I would not recommend a TB converter, or an aftermarket high stall converter. The larger diameter stock converter is what I'd stick with, and should work okay with the 212/218 low lift cam. No way in hell I'd recommend a TR220 and a converter for snowplowing.

Also, I agree with selling your aftermarket MAF and putting the stocker back in. Top it all off with a good tune, and you're all set.
Sounds like somebody is on the rite track...

tr220 would def. be a bit much for something thats gonna be doing snow plow work too. but thunderracing recommended it to me after i told them what i was doing and going to use a 2800 stall, he said it was bit tight but id still be ok with it.

--- lol ignore harbinz51, he traded off a clean 07 gmc for a broke down f250 lol
