Default what cam do you recommend for this setup?

i was wondering what cam you would recommend for this set up i a working on doing? i don't want a real choppy idle. but some is ok.

2000 gmc sierra Z71 5.3 3.73 ECSB

underdrive pulley
160 stat
gms maf
k&n fipk
true dual no cats
shorty headers
flex-a-lite fans
tt3000
comp cam 26918 springs
push rods
port and polish
nelson tuning
and maybe some wet shot after this is all done and over with.

and what kind of times do you think i can get with these mods?

Try a Comp 212/218.522/529 114 for some really good driving manners and a decent power increase.

I wouldn't go much bigger than a 216/220 if you want good street manners in a 5.3 and that cam would require some custom tuning to idle properly.

If you are going with a Nelson tune go with the 216/220,move your full throttle shifts to about 6400 rpm and holdon tight.
