what all is needed to swap from 4l60e to 80?

Their conversion kit is not for the 4x4, and as of now your transfer case will not bolt up. You would have to have a different output shaft machined, and an adapter plate made in order to use your current transfer case. This is the problem that all of the SS guys face. Since you are a 4x4 you can do what parish did, and get a 4L80-E transfer case, and use it, but a new perch would need to be made, and you would have to have a couple of driveshafts built. There are some guys on the SS board who are working on making these output shafts and adapter plates though so there may be a good answer some time in the not too distant future.

Also I have heard that FLP is constructing billet input and output shafts(the parts that mostly break on built 60-E's) that will handle the amount of power that some of these truck guys are going to be throwing at them.
