What all do I need for the 4.8/4l60 to 6.0 4l80 swap?

What all do I need for the 4.8/4l60 to 6.0 4l80 swap?
First off I've done the search button.
I'm getting a 2002 LQ4 motor. For the 4l80 swap do I need just the rear driveshaft out of a 3/4 ton and the crossmember? I saw someone talking about a different input shaft and or yoke too, do I need to swap something there. It has the 8.625 GT5 rearend.
My friend has EFIlive. What parameters of the programming/tuning will he need to address.

your goin to have to do the wiring mod, its a sticky in the transmission section.
crossmember mod, pretty simple if you get the trans under there.
do yo have a Flexplate on the 6.0?
dipstick tube?
Converter?
need a Transmission Yoke for the 80E.
I didn't have to shorten or lengthen my DS, just put the yoke on and go.
What year is this 80E goin in?
you goin to have to find a tune that already has a 80E trans segment... (check Holdencrazy.com)
