Default What is this???

After MANY hours of talking to people. I bought a set of LS7 injectors for the truck. Many people told me they are a direct bolt in like the 8.1 injectors. NOT!! what style plug is on the truck injector (on the left)?? and wht plug is on the LS7 injector?? (right) Also the LS7's are about 1/4 inch shorter. This sucks.

The LS7 injectors use USCAR connectors and the standard truck/LS1 uses a Minitimer type connector. I believe you can buy the adapters from F.A.S.T. for about $7.00 each.

The ones on the left look to be the reg 24lbers. Look in the classys now if your looking for bigger injectors, whippled 496 is selling 42's for cheap...

That would be great, except how in the hell do I lower the rail 1/4 inch?? I looked at it, and it don't seem possible.

If I remember right, for car injectors you need the wiring adaptors and spacers for the fuel rail to make them work. Don't know where to get the stuff though.

you can always go with extruded fuel rails and use a cross over hose on the end instead of the middle.
