Have you thought about LS1-Edit or HP tuners with tuning software you can have all the tuning you will ever need.

Use caution when removing TM. Some folks over on the Tranny Forum blew their built 4l60's within days of removing it after years of reliable Service. Just a thought https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=211369

I had a Westers tune 1st and a couple of days after I got it I heard about Nelson and since Westers had a 30 day money back garuntee I ordered the Nelson tune and was going to unofficially compare them(no dyno or 1/4 times). The Westers tune had all engine TM removed and the Nelson tune come to find out after the fact only had 60% engine TM removed. I put 500+ on the Westers and then put the Nelson in and put 500+ on it and just in SOTP comparison and and one feeling better than the other the Nelson tune was better. Why I dont really know eaxactly why. I know that the Wetsers tune could have gotten stronger with more miles but so could of the Nelson tune(and it did especially after I got all TM removed). I hadnt planned on doing what I did because I didnt hear about Nelson untill about a week after I got my tune from Westers. So I hope that helps! They both made a big difference and both are worth the money!

If your looking at mail order give David at MTI a shout. The reason I ask that is because Nelson is also in TX. It's all going to come down to what you think is the best. The service at MTI was the best I recieved thats why I went with them. You may find someone else gives you better service. Just call or email any one of these guys and see who you like the best. But don't just jump into it.
