I have heard of them but all I have been in is Nelson tuned trucks. I am impressed with the Nelson tune and cant imagine any other being better.

I have heard of some weak tunes coming from Westers. I know I am happy with my Nelson tune and the service there is first class.

I have a Wester's tune and love it. If I was closer to someone doing dyno/driven tunes, they'd be my first choice though

I also have a Nelson fan harness and it works awesome, customer service was great for me at both companies.

My Wester's tune kicks ***- 1.2 seconds and 3mpg. I know another guy with an 8.1 who also got 1.2 seconds.

Show me some matching numbers from Nelson.... I haven't seen them...

Nelson tunes I'm sure are better than most, but they ain't better than the guy that taught him ....

Lyndon will tune conservatively unless you specifically ask for an aggressive tune. So far, I don't know of any of Lyndon's tunes that have blown an engine. So it's probably a good thing that Lyndon doesn't go all out on tunes for customers who really don't know what they want.

Care to back that up? Show us the numbers if you have them. I've read about your specific issues with your Wester's tune, but I hardly think that qualifies as proving that Nelson's tunes "will outdo westers anyday." How about some hard evidence?

Here's my suggestion to others considering a tune: Look beyond the hype. Check out the other forums. Look for sigs and contact owners directly. Contact Nelson's and Wester's, and see who you get responses from first (good indicator of how well you'll be supported after the sale). IOW, do your own research, and don't depend upon one person's observations, especially when they can't back it up.
