I think I have the lightest truck.. Its about 3800 race weight with out me. (Im 6'8'' 300lbs, Im built like a bouncer)

It is what it is man. The only reduction that I have done above what anyone else has done is the fiberglass hood. That pulled about 50lbs off the front. The stepside is about 100 lighter then the regular bed. So that's 150 off a regular RCSB. This is with about a 1/4 tank on a scale that could actually weigh me stepping on and off the scale

4100lbs w/ me=215lbs so around 3800 wo/me need less weight on front more in rear.

Golden, it looks like u got a bumper, take it off and get a rollpan and knock off a few more. I took my spare, reese and bumper off and now i can't keep from spinning. There was also some post a while back that said every 100lbs is equal to the feel of 10hp, so a few of us fellahs could go on a diet and get about 15 more hp out of these things. Screw longtubes, grab a carrot
