Default Weighed the truck this weekend

4430 with me in it! I'm about 290-ish, so that's about 4150 w/o driver, not nearly as bad as I thought. That was with about 1/4 tank of gas and a completely empty bed. I guess the aluminum block and manual windows/locks really help. I'm getting ready to add about 100-150 pounds w/ the tranny/rear end upgrades.

I saw that Jim's (Parish's) truck weighed in at 5100 pounds in race trim for Drag Week...any other official weights?

6800 for the H2 with the driver and 1/2 tank of gas. I don't carry the 99 lb spare tire. That's + or - up to 50 lbs for fuel variance.

4284lbs w/o me in it. low fuel light on, pretty much in race trim except for the tailgate was on, so minus whatever that weighs. I would guess race weight would be around 4450 lbs or so since i weigh 200.

Last time I was at the track mine weighed 4530 with me in it. No spare no tailgate and 1/4 tank of gas. I weigh 180. I was hoping to drop another 100 lbs with an aluminum block, but I ended up with an iron block. Oh well, the extra cubes should more than compensate for the 100 lbs. What tranny are you going with Scream? I expected the 4l80e to be a boat anchor. It only added 20 extra lbs though. That was with the stock converter. With the 9 1/2 inch stall in, it should make up for the extra 20 lbs.

Yeah, I'm going with the 80-e...I had heard it was more like 80-100lbs heavier. If it's only 25-50, that's awesome.

I figure raceweight could end up about where I'm at now after the mods...I'm adding the heavier tranny, Eaton posi, and CalTracs, but I'll probably loose a little weight with the DR's and stock alloy wheels. I could probably drop 100-150 pounds by taking off the tailgate and tonneau cover. Hmmm....
