Matt,
Whats your list of mods? You still running stock converter? If so, thats a big holdup right there. You go with a 3000 stall and your in the 13's easy. Reason I say, before I got rid of my 5.3 1500 crew cab, I was running that same cam, stock heads, hughes 2500 stall (which IMO was still too small for that cam) and full bolt ons, open cutouts, and best time 14.262@96.6 MPH Had a minor amount of weight reduction done, and on street tires, this time was in about 85 degree weather also. Never got to run it in cooler weather with the ported TB/ET Streets, but I know it had 13's in it.
Very true though about the injectors, I always felt that mine left a little on the table also.

216/220 cam, Dynatech headers and cats, WCCH stage 2 heads, Magnaflow catback, Volant air box. Transgo shift kit,w/ corvette servo. I think it will get a stall over the winter. It ran a 14.13 Friday nite, With alittle tweaking I might be close. With the tracks closing up here, we may never know.
