Default Water out header bolt holes

Just a quick question.
Do the header bolt holes open up into the water jackets on the heads?
I am putting headers on and got some coolant coming out of two of them and couldn't find it through the search.
Thanks guys

They should be blind holes, no water should come out. When installing my NEW 243's I had one of the bolt holes (not an exhaust one) leaking water for no reason. Just put a bolt in it with teflon tape and never looked back. Everything is fine.

Exhaust bolts come close to water jackets. seal the bolts w/ teflon when reinsall them. I had this happen to me also.
