Time to search around here a little and Google the net and you should come up with some solid options.

All part of the fun.
Thanks for the links Jim, I guess I have to feel informed about something before I blow money on it. I want and need to know how and why these things work so I can trouble shoot problems myself. I'm looking for some sites that maybe goes into turbos and all the options associated with them so I'm not running in the dark so to speak.
Thanks for the help.
Tim.

So the regulated air suppy goes to the back of the wastegate as shown in the post above?
Or is it going to the other connector as a boost reference signal? It can't be for boost reference right?
That would screw things up royally would it not?

Right now I have a line for boost reference comming from the intake manifold teed off of my boost gauge signal line. I need a better picture of where all these lines are running to.
I guess I'm too visual or too thick headed!

Hey thanks for the pics and replies, do you have some better shots of where the regulator lines go to? Looks like you got your set up a couple notches above mine!

yes you use a boost refrence from the intake manni from there it goes to your controller then from there to the top of your waste gate. then you need another from the turbo or manni ( i perfer then manifold) then to the bottom of the waste gate. becouse the pressure has to equalize then a tad more to open the wastegate. i perfer the mannifold as a reference becouse that way if there is any boost drop across the pipping and you tee from the turbo the turbo is gonna cause the wastegate to open sooner then if it were teed off the mannifold where it can see the boost drop better. in theory anyway. lol the sell brass and stainless mannifold that have like 5-6 or so pick off so you don't have to run a bunch of tees you have on referrence for everything.

Here is another shot. I have a "T" in the line going to the front side of the wast gate. The "T" goes to the regulator in the other pic, then to the controler, then back to the back side of the wast gate.

STS also offers an electric boost controll that allows you to pick a high or low boost setting. The low setting is fixed by the spring in the wastegate itself and the high setting is user adjustable. They have two versions. One will allow the user to dial in 0-5 extra psi on the high setting and the other will allow 0-10 psi on the high setting. The first will allow a maximum of 10 psi and the second a maximum of 15 psi assuming a 5 psi wastegate spring. It is electrically controlled by a switch in the cab. In theory you have a 5 psi setting for everyday use and a user controlled setting for track days and other occasions.
