Exclamation walbro 255 part # ? anyone....

1st off, I've searched several times with no luck....so my ? Is what's the part # on the walbro 255 fuel pump for a return style system? (GSS342)maybe? It wouldn't hurt me to kno the # for the returnless system either, since I have 2 trucks, one of each style.
Also, if anyone has some GOOD advice on using the Search feature, feel free to share.
Thanks in advance guys

You should be looking to get a GSS340 Intank fuel pump, which works for mostly anything and can be found on Ebay. Magnacharger use to sell the GSS340 that was a plug and play for $130 IRC.

Thanks for the offer, but I want the in-tank pump if I can find one in my $range.

williebones,
I'm definitely new to upgrading the fuel system on our trucks! Walbro actually suggested going with the GSS342 for the returnless style, but they didn't know, could only speculate. That's what lead me here, figured several people would kno since the 255 is so popular. Thanks for ur input, I'll take what I can get :-)

Good thread! I needed this info too. Thanks for the info!!!

Last pump i bought was from Magnacharger, but it looks like it will be easier to get one off EBAY or a supporting vendor.
