Anyone using larger than stock valves on their motor?

my heads from jay at absolute speed are suppose to have 2.00 and 1.57 valves in it. ill let you know how they work out as soon as i get them in.

ooops my bad---2.04 and 1.575 is what they are going to be. i have heard that going to big it will shroud the piston or something like that. i am also getting 10.9-1 compression to.

yeah that seems like a humungo intake valve for a 325 cubed motor

i'm still curious if theres anything out there inbtween stock and 2.00

I think stock is 2.00 and 1.55.

stock is 1.89 in and 1.55 exh, a local speed shop recommended 2.055 int, that would probablly shroud the intake unless its on a 6.0l or bigger right?

I think it would probably be overkill on a 325 cubic inch motor to go bigger than 2.00 on the intake side.

A popular size amung the 346ci crowd is 2.02in.,1.57ex.,. They have a tendancy to go big on alot of things and putting us with 19 less ci, we should probably stay alot smaller.

that sounds about right. to tell you the truth he sent me an email about that but i lost it. that is what is on his sight. but i want to say it is in that area. ill
know soon i hope as soon as i get them. im really curious how the new compression ratio is going to work out especially with the nos.
