Blower is still pretty much in the air.... between ATi and magna

Im considering ati because of the price and the overall hp/torque ratings that are higher than magna...

But magna has bigger/smaller pulley combinations.... but its almost $1200 more being $5100 and ati being $3800...

Yea I plan on getting a yank torque converter.. dunno about stall tho?

and prolly wester's tune..

They are 2 totally different blowers for 2 completely different applications.

What are you wanting to do with the truck? If you're looking for something thats mostly track, then I would go with ATI. The Magna is a very nice piece. It produces boost just off idle where the ATI has to 'spool' up kinda. The RADIX kit will make your truck pull a trailer like there's nothing there. It is an absolute BLAST to drive around town. The doesn't tart producing boost until ~2500-3000 rpms.

Don't judge them by price ... the RADIX is the most complete kit available. The RADIX kit comes with new injectors, bigger fuel pump and more less just bolts right in place. The ATI will take some work getting in. The ATI requires a seperate fuel management unit (FMU), so the motor won't see a lean condition. To 'do it right' you should get bigger injectors, and a bigger fuel pump, if you do those yourself, then you should look at around 800-1000 for both of them. The FMU it ATI's band-aid fix to get around putting bigger injectors in place.

With a bigger cam, that RADIX will REALLY wake up.

I can't think of who it is, maybe black blown 02 or something like that, but he has an ATI, and would be really good to talk to about what he thinks about it. He's gone through ALOT with his. I also have talked with someone that was tossing up the 2, but got the ATI because of price. He wishes he would have gotten the RADIX now. He doesn't hardly come on the boards anymore though. I can't remember his username, maybe blown LM7.

sounds to me like you want a lot of power out of your setup, wanting to do heads cam ect...id go with the ATI, i have an ati and ill admit its been a pain in the ***! my truck is cursed though...ask parish....anyway being an ATi owner i usually find myself steering people away from it and towards the radix...price is not an issue....the ATi is more expensive. the radix comes ready to go out the box all the way live....the ATi needs injectors,pump...but then youll need edit...and also something to monitor it efi live ect...but in the end you WILL make more power and it CAN be alot faster than the radix....but if you want a very fast reliable stoplight warrior that wont break anything other than trannys....i say radix.
