Default Valve covers with good PCV setup?

Anybody make aftermarket valve covers to clear shaft mount rockers that have a good PCV setup with proper oil baffles. I'd like to know what's out there before I start chopping and cutting on the ones I have. My catch can has been serving more as part of the oil circulation system than the ventilation system. It fills up in no time. Pretty sure the oil just sprays right out the fitting on the cover. Not thrilled about the fitting location either being toward the back and not up high - not sure how much oil pools back there under hard acceleration.

Here's a shot of the current covers.

What about stockers with valve cover spacers. I have seen the spacers somewhere before

I looked into spacers in the past but seem to recall coming across complaints about leakage. Could be that some are better than others.

You could probably pay someone to weld them together

Might try the spacers with stock covers then.
