I've seen many 5.3's with TQ-v2 cam, and great results, just keep in mind- that cam will require heads/stall/gear's...
this is more of what u need higher compression heads 4400 stall!!! if not its too big..

You can run a low 13 with a 222/224 .566 .568 -112..... 3,200 stall, and stock gears....

if u plan on going 4000 converter and atleast 4.10s then shoot for a tr224 or tr228, head work might not be needed since the lift isnt more then 600 but milling ur heads to raise compression would be a good idea.. and then yes it would move..

Well I just wanna go big cam u know, leave from for improvement, I wanna go fast as I can on stock motor honestly, the torquer is a 232 234 588 595, that's less lift then your, BUT bigger intake and exhaust, so gal so biggest to go with stock setup and later heads, is the thunder racing tr 228

if u plan on doing heads later u can push something with 600+ lift... my heads are 799/243 witch flow better then urs.. the lift in that cam is fine just the duration is too much.. so yes 228 would be max if ur planning on slapping a 4k+ stall to get u going.. but like i said just mine opinion... in on 10.5:1 compression 4.10s and 3600 and my cam seems to be loving the set up
