The cam came from lsm engineering, here is there link:
http://www.lsmeng.com/Camshafts.html

I am going off of the cam card:
220/220 .581 .588
intake opens -2 BTDC exhaust opens 42 BBDC
intake closes 42 ABDC exhaust closes -2 ATDC
LCA 112
overlap -4

No the push rods are not hardened. The look like stock push rods cause they have the little ***** on the ends, instead of being a 1 piece push rod.

well, some hardened pushrods have those little ball's on the ends that you are talking about, but if in fact they are not hardened you need to change those out asap. are there any shims on the valve springs that shouldnt be there? anything out of the ordinary?

If a valve hits the piston it will bend it. The springs must be binding and breaking the rockers/bending pushrods. I'm with the guys who suggested that the cam is ground wrong. I've seen it happen before. Let us know what you find out.

I don't think there was any shims, but im going up there in about an hour to do some more work.

Here is what the springs look like that are in the truck. This is the one that came off when the rocker arm broke.

Is it breaking the same rocker arm everytime? You need to put a degree wheel and a dial gauge on that lifter and measure the lift.

No, its breaking different ones, but they are all on exhaust valve's. First bent push rods were on the passenger side.(first valve, and next to last valve)

Then next broken rocker was on driver's side to the rear of the engine(i think it was the last valve)

Now the current broken rocker is passenger side 1st valve.

I would pull it all apart and check everything along the way. It sounds like the cam is fubar
