you are hitting piston, thats the only way I would see you breaking a rocker arm, and bending push rods.or they did not take off the dual valve spring seats/seals. they are bigger than the singles, and would cause the spring to bind/stop moving and break ****. who is the shop?

I thought that too. But they look like the right ones. Id rather not say what shop, i am hoping that they will make this right.

sounds like you need to take some measurements! Breaking rocker arms is a little out of the ordinary. Shouldnt be any PTV issues with that cam, maybe there is some bad coil bind going on and causing the the pushrod to bend and everything goes at once??

Bending a pushrod would take some pretty massive force. Maybe it's plausable that the exhaust lobe on the cam was ground incorrectly....it really sounds like the piston is smacking the valve

There is a light ticking on the exhaust side when you rev the motor. You can here it when the motor is dropping in RPM's

where did you get the cam? .588 exhaust lobe is different from the other custom cams I have seen.

If he is braking rockers I bet they are hardend... Throw a degree whell on it, check the cam specs... You "shouldnt" have any ptv issues, but you never know. I agree the exhaust valves are hitting the pistons, now you need to find out why...

I'd really want to know if the cam that is in there is the one you ordered.
