Does any one have them or knows where to get one?

I have their airbox lid but not the tube,they made a nice piece but I believe the company went out of business over a year ago.They used to be site sponsors at LS1tech before the performance trucks site was launched.

 

I have one install in my truck, I definitely don't recommend it, cause is to fragile and it brakes real easly

I have one on my truck, and have had no probems with it.
