Anything you buy you will probably have to wait for... I mean, to do it right, you would have to order a decent one to handle that Tubro from Eaton. Not sure which one from eaton... are the gears gone or just the unit?

Does anyone know if the carrier from a older truck (85-89) will work?

jow02327, how much was it? Do you got a link to them?

GirlsDoItRight, I was just joking about fixing it tonight. (I do have to work tomaro though). the Carrier is broke two spiders and cross shaft and all the limited slip garbage is DONE.

You can find them for around $350 or so if you shop around. The 89-later Eaton limited slips are all the same, but the OE and most Auburn's are different for 89-98. The Auburn Pro has the large hub diameter, so it will work for 89-up.
