hey creed...if you have asp pullys already just leave them on...as far as headers...i left mine on and dont plan on taking them off at this time.342 gears will help you boost up quicker than 373 or 410's so you can go from there...dont know bout cams and as far as a muffler...i have a cutout on my turbo then a tail pipe in factory place and the tail pipe is so quiet you you will ride around with the cut out open some of the time..sounds better that way...

Lots of folks will sell their headers, pulleys, etc to recoup some of the turbo costs. The Dodge dyno numbers showed no power gains headers vs stock on our STS kits, before they were around 25 HP different. Also like mentioned you want to avoid any type of pre-turbo exhaust leaks as they really kill boost.

thanks for the answers,
Just to let you guys know were I'm coming from.
I have a 99, reg cab 2/4 silverado with the cam I listed, asp pulley and full exhaust with az headers. I'm also running 4.10's, 3000 3.0 str stall with nittos 28.8. Its a rever. I built it for hopefully someday the radix. The only mod I would have to make is putting the stock pulley back on and an updated tune.
Now I have a bone-stock VIRGIN, z71 ect cab GMC.,
I like trying differant parts on either of them. My Step side is only driven when it's nice and my GMC is my daily hog.
I added up future mods for the GMC and it almost came out to a basic STS kit. Stainless headers, Cat back, CAI, tune, Cam etc.. You get the point.
I'm just throwing around the ideas in my head.
I also thought it would be a cool thread.
