One can always benefit from more surface area to catch air to cool the water with. But there comes a point where it will take longer too cool than it is worth, hence the answer the Heat Exchanger the Radix comes with is fine.

Ok understood. I just assumed there was a limit to it's cooling potential. Like how Parish upgraded his H/E and I could have sworn a couple other guys with a Radix did theirs also so I thought that there was a point were it was required to do so.

I'd have to lean towards the Radix for your needs. i think you'd be happiest with it. You will want to get a good trans cooler and keep an eye on IATs. Under heavy duty towing you may have to look into a better heat exchanger. The Radish guys could give ya more info on that though.
