Turbo or Centrifugal supercharger for the biggest HP and TQ gains...........

For the biggest gains and daily driving I'd say a front mount turbo. Lots of low end and TONS of mid and top end.

For a simple daily driver that would be fun and the least hastles to deal with or having to buy supporting mods... Radix

Which one makes the best towing power between 1500 and 3000? I'm looking for towing power for my daily highway driver. I don't think I'd ever take my truck to the drags (I grew up on the dirt tracks) but having some extra hp for the street would be fun.

Go with the Radix (magnacharger).

Should be better usable low end torque for towing, less screwing around, and it comes with an intercooler which would be good for towing. STS Turbo for me, but...........

I have been leaning toward the STS...mainly because of the cost...but didn't know what rpm range the power kicked in on the STS. The STS looks easier to install too but would reather get it right the first time.

I'd have to lean towards the Radix for your needs. i think you'd be happiest with it. You will want to get a good trans cooler and keep an eye on IATs. Under heavy duty towing you may have to look into a better heat exchanger. The Radish guys could give ya more info on that though.

I guess the 15K trailer I towed 22K last year with a stock 2500 HD and the 6.0 with a RADIX w/ stock H/E does not count.

Then I stand corrected. Although i really didn't say he NEEDED it, I said he may want to look into it to keep IATs low. Plus the 2500HDs run very cool from the factory anyway. The trans temp is insanely low on my buddy's HD vs my 1500series. :p

Are you saying Radix guys don't benifit much from upgraded H/Es?

I am saying the one it comes with is more than sufficient.
